Editorial & Double-Blind Review Policy Notice:
All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s official online submission system. Email submission is not accepted as a standard submission method and may only be considered in exceptional circumstances when the online system is temporarily unavailable, subject to prior approval from the Editorial Office.
