Editorial Processing
Manuscripts submitted to TJTHS are processed in accordance with the journal's editorial, peer-review, publication-ethics, and author-guideline requirements.
Manuscripts considered suitable after initial editorial assessment are processed through the journal's double-blind peer-review procedure. Only manuscripts that successfully complete the applicable editorial evaluation, peer review, revision, and final decision stages are eligible for publication.
Editorial decisions are based on relevance to the journal's aims and scope, originality, methodological quality, scholarly contribution, clarity, ethical compliance, and the outcome of peer review.
Issue Assignment
Accepted manuscripts are assigned to a regular issue after completion of the journal's editorial and production requirements and according to the journal's publication schedule.
Submission or acceptance of a manuscript does not guarantee publication in a particular issue. Final issue assignment is determined by the editorial office according to editorial readiness, production completion, and the journal's regular publication schedule.
Publication Date and Metadata
The publication date associated with an article or issue corresponds to its actual publication record. Published content displays accurate and consistent information regarding the volume, issue, year, publication date, article title, authorship, and DOI, where applicable.
The journal does not use retrospective publication dates to create the appearance that an article or issue was published earlier than its actual publication. If bibliographic information requires correction, the journal updates the relevant metadata in accordance with its correction procedures.
Publication Regularity
TJTHS seeks to maintain the announced quarterly schedule and to publish regular issues in January, April, July, and October. Published issues and their bibliographic information are made available through the journal's Current Issue and Archive sections.
The journal monitors publication scheduling to support continuity, accurate issue identification, and a reliable scholarly record.
Schedule Transparency: If an exceptional circumstance affects the announced publication schedule, the actual publication information will be reflected on the journal website. Any formal change to the journal's publication frequency will be communicated publicly through the official website.
