Out-of-Scope Submissions
Manuscripts may be considered outside the journal’s scope when they:

- Are unrelated to technology, engineering, applied sciences, sustainability, or interdisciplinary applications
- Present only general opinions without a defined research method or supporting evidence
- Contain promotional, commercial, or non-academic material
- Fall entirely within a subject area without any connection to the stated scope of the journal
The editorial team conducts an initial scope assessment before a manuscript is forwarded for peer review.
